- Express Delivery: For urgent requirements, we offer express delivery within 12-24 hours. Additional charges may apply for express delivery services.
Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: Free for all orders within Dubai.
- Express Delivery: An additional charge will apply, depending on the urgency and distance.
Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your rental.
- Delivery Scheduling: Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
- Delivery Execution: Our delivery team will arrive at the scheduled time to deliver and set up the equipment. They will provide a brief demonstration of the product’s operation and ensure it is working correctly before leaving.
Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the rental equipment.
- If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
- Ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for our delivery team.
Shipping Policy
For rental equipment that requires shipping to locations outside our standard delivery area:
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping at the end of the rental period.
- Shipping Time: We will provide an estimated shipping time upon order confirmation.
- Shipping Method: We use reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of our rental equipment.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the equipment has been shipped.
Equipment Return
- At the end of the rental period, our team will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
- Please ensure the equipment is ready for pickup at the agreed time.
- If you are shipping the equipment back to us, please use the original packaging and the return shipping label provided.
Damaged or Lost Equipment
- Customers are responsible for the rental equipment during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, additional charges may apply.
- If the equipment is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
